Launching on 5th November, TOZI’s Autumn menu highlights the best of this season with a focus on products from the Earth, from mushrooms, to pumpkin, Jerusalem artichokes and purple potatoes. Braised meat, game, duck, cold water fish and smoked products, such as mozzarella and South Tyrolean speck, accentuate the season and remind us of the woods, rainy days and the stormy sea. And an autumn salad made up of grilled leaves brings back memories of cosy nights by the fireplace. As always, quality, tradition, innovation and elegance are a hallmark at TOZI Amsterdam and we’ve gone even further to increase the quality and elegance of our menu this season, with a focus on unique ingredient combinations and ways of serving. From the classic Burrata served on a warming bed of Portobello mushrooms cooked in butter and thyme, to a white & black pasta ravioli, filled with turbot and served with a delicate prosecco/fish cream and herring caviar. Lastly, you can’t miss the tender braised beef in Barolo wine, a symbol of Italian tradition, complemented by cold "ravioli" of beetroot and goat cheese and truffle. As the days get shorter and nights get darker, we look forward to welcoming you at TOZI this autumn winter season for a memorable evening in food, drink and ambience.
