For this first event on 24th May, guests will be taken on a gastronomic journey through the region of Piemonte in Italy, in partnership with our friends from Tamis Wines.
Guests will be offered a selection of wines to taste throughout the evening alongside an array of specially created cicchetti dishes from Head Chef Giacomo.
Cicchetti will include marinated anchovies with ‘Bagnet’ sauce and toasted brioche bread served with Gavi, Elio Filippino – Piemonte and Veal cheek braised in Barolo wine & celeriac puree served alongside a glass of Langhe Nebbiolo, Elio Filippino – Piemonte.
