Open the sealed sachets and serve however you like, we suggest to use two wooden boards, a deep plate, one normal plate and two bowls for the olives and bread.

HOMEMADE FOCACCIA AND ALTAMURA BREAD BASKET
The bread basket is best served warm so heat in the oven (180 degrees) for 4-5 minutes.
BURRATA
The Burrata d’Andria is served on top of the 48 months San Daniele ham. The city d’Andria in the South of Italy is famous for its delicious burrata.
VIEW METHODFollow the below steps:
1. Open carefully all sachets marked with a green sticker per step
2. Preferably choose a round plate
3. Arrange the San Daniele Ham on the plate
4. Place the Burrata on top of the ham and dress with cold pressed basil oil. Season with salt and pepper
TONNARELLI "Cacio e Pepe"
Follow the steps below:
VIEW METHOD1. Open the sachet marked with a red sticker with butter, Pecorino cheese and pepper mix and melt in a pan at a medium heat
2. Boil water with salt to your liking in a pan for the tonnarelli
3. Put the tonnarelli marked with a red sticker in the boiled water, the pasta will be ready in 4-5 minutes. Drain the pasta and pour into the butter and Pecorino cheese sauce
4. Stir the pasta through the sauce to ensure it is evenly coated and slowly add the Pecorino cheese warm through on the hob at a medium heat
5. Serve in a deep plate or bowl and sprinkle with Pecorino cheese
GRILLED LAMB CHOPS
Follow the steps below:
VIEW METHODTOZI TIP: Lamb is always best when it is left to rest so we suggest setting it aside from the fridge for 20 minutes before preparing your dish.
- Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees
- Remove the lamb and potatoes from the sachet marked with a yellow sticker and place on a baking tray in the oven for 6 minutes*
- Season the lamb with salt and pepper
- Remove the caponata from the sachet and heat in a saucepan on a medium heat for a few minutes.
- Add the caponata to the plate and then place the lamb on the side
*For the lamb we suggest to have it perfectly pink in 6 minutes. If you prefer more cooked, please keep lamb longer in the oven
TIRAMISU
Something sweet to close your dinner, build your own Tiramisu.
VIEW METHOD1. Get a glass for each portion of Tiramisu
2. Place the sachets marked with a yellow sticker in front of you
3. Gently remove the Savogliardi (biscuits) soaked in coffee and whisky from the sachet
4. Cut one biscuit in two parts and place at the bottom of the glass. Repeat for each glass
5. Cover with mascarpone cream (one layer)
6. And again cut one biscuit in two parts and place on top of the mascarpone cream
7. Add the last layer of mascarpone cream and dust with cocoa powder on top!

BURRATA
The Burrata d’Andria is served on a bed of Chioggia beetroot. The city d’Andria in the South of Italy is famous for its delicious burrata. Follow the below steps:
VIEW METHODThe bread basket is best served warm so heat in the oven (180 degrees) for 3 minutes.
1. Open carefully all sachets marked with a green sticker per step
2. Preferably choose a round plate
3. Marinate the Chioggia beetroot with olive oil, salt and pepper
4. Place a bed of Chioggia beetroot on the plate
5. Put the Burrata on top of the beetroot and dress with cold pressed basil oil. Season with salt and pepper
RAVIOLI
Follow the steps below:
VIEW METHOD1. Use all the sachets marked with a red sticker
2. Boil water in a pan with salt
3. Open the fish sauce sachet and warm through in a saucepan on a low heat
4. When the water has boiled, gently add the ravioli and cook for 4 minutes
5. Get a plate and serve the sauce in the middle
6. Carefully add the ravioli on top of the sauce
7. Finish with chervil on top
GRILLED SEA BASS
Follow the steps below:
VIEW METHOD1. Pre-heat the oven to 210 degrees for the sea bass
2. Gently remove the grilled sea bass from the sachet marked with a orange sticker. Slice down the middle and fill with lemon and dill. Season with salt and olive oil to your liking.
3. Place the sea bass on a backing tray in the oven for 11 minutes
4. Serve on a plate and finish with salt and pepper
P.s. The sea bass has no bones and can be eaten directly.
ROASTED NEW POTATOES AND GREEN SALAD
Follow the steps below:
VIEW METHOD1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees
2. Remove the sachet from the roasted new potatoes marked with a yellow sticker and place on a backing tray in the oven for 4-5 minutes
3. Remove the green salad from the sachet marked with a yellow sticker and dress in a bowl with vinaigrette
4. Serve the roasted new potatoes and green salad in two different bowls
ROSSA FRUIT TART
Something sweet to close your dinner, build your own rossa fruit tart.
VIEW METHOD1. Get a plate for each portion
2. Place the sachets marked with a pink sticker in front of you
3. Remove the tart from the sachet and fill with custard sauce
4. Remove the red fruit from the sachet and decorate with red fruit.
5. Finish with Italian meringue on top!
